President Joe Biden is expected to deliver a speech at the Detroit auto show on Wednesday, touting his administration’s contribution to the surge in the electric vehicle manufacturing industry in the United States.
Toyota, Honda, Ford, General Motors, and Panasonic have announced investments in domestic manufacturing projects in states such as North Carolina, Michigan, Ohio, Missouri, and Kansas, according to a fact sheet released by the White House.
