Former TV bounty hunter “Dog the Bounty Hunter” will make an appearance at the Conservative Political Action Conference on Friday to ramp up support for a Senate run by Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke.
The star of A&E’s long-running series, “Dog the Bounty Hunter,” whose real name is Duane Chapman, along with wife Beth Chapman, will hold a “free, rolling reception” sponsored by the “official draft campaign” of Clarke for Senate, of which the Chapmans are advisory board members. Their effort, which began in January, seeks to pit Clarke against incumbent Democratic Sen. Tammy Baldwin, who is up for re-election in 2018.
