Drudge just posted a link to this story from the Daily Princetonian:
Shocking, right? But what is telling is this tidbit:
Grad students are poor, and public safety officers, well…it’s not exactly high finance. So if you’ve wondered how Paul raises so much money–whether the money indicates some kind of broad national support that’s not reflected in his anemic poll numbers–here’s the proof. Two people who, on paper at least, would appear to have no business spending $900 each on a political candidate (assuming each is responsible for half the total), appear to have sent Dr. Paul some pretty big checks. One suspects there are a lot folks out there who are signing over entire paychecks to the Paul campaign. Is that dedication? Commitment? Or just crazy?
