CompuDyne Corp., an Annapolis-based security company, announced that its public safety and justice unit, Tiburon Inc., has signed a $1.8 million deal to upgrade a Sheriff’s Department of Records Management System. The system will be provided for the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, located in California. Upgrades planned for the existing records management system include consolidating and automating record retrieval and storing information related to arrests, citations, contacts, incidents, pawned property and other reports.
