The Washington Redskins Charitable Foundation helped 646 kids from the District of Columbia nail a slot in the Guinness World Records. The children and 11 Redskins players participated in the largest virtual exercise lesson in the world at FedEx Field. They faced a new video board in the stadium and followed exercises using the HOPSports Training System. Quarterback Donovan McNabb, linebackers Lorenzo Alexander and Rocky McIntosh, defensive lineman Kedric Golston and cornerback DeAngelo Hall helped work with the kids on the field. The six other players were taking part in the lesson virtually. – Kristen Byrne
