9th Circuit will not decide on Trump’s travel ban Wednesday

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals said it will not issue a decision Wednesday on the temporary restraining order blocking President Trump’s travel ban.

A three-judge panel of the West Coast circuit heard oral arguments in the case over Trump’s immigration ban on Tuesday. The judges slammed both sides with critical questions.

The appeals court has handled the case in an expedited fashion, and a decision could come later this week.
