Roy’s Hawaiian celebrates 20 years

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of his restaurant, Roy’s Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine, chef Roy Yamaguchi will visit Baltimore for a special four-course anniversary dinner on Sept. 25.

Yamaguchi, who lives in Hawaii, will personally prepare the oyster appetizer and one of the entree courses, a duck, bison and foie gras sushi. Celebrity chef teams will compete to create the other courses. Wine will be served with each dish.
