Former Vice President Joe Biden takes the lead in the Democratic primaries for president, a new poll finds.
Biden, 77, and independent Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, 78, both saw increases in national support for their bids for the Democratic presidential nomination. Quinnipiac University found Biden has 26% support among Democrats and Democratic-leaning independents, whereas Sanders has 21% support.
