Former mayoral candidate Sulaimon Brown said he was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended Maryland license and failure to obey early Monday morning in the District. Brown, who has accused former aides of then-candidate Vincent Gray of trying to buy his support, said he was fined $75 for also driving with a broken headlight, the original reason officers pulled his car over. He’s due to appear in court Oct. 25 on the charges.
