The Maryland Department of Natural Resources wants public comment to help update its 10-year plan on white-tailed deer management.
Seven public meetings statewide will consist of a presentation and an open forum with DNR?s deer management staff.
The schedule for Baltimore-area meetings is:
» 6:30 p.m. Aug. 9 at New Town High School in Owings Mills
» 6:30 p.m. Aug. 13 at Broadneck High School in Annapolis
Residents also can send in comments to DNR Wildlife and Heritage Service Director Paul Peditto, Tawes State Office Building E-1, 580 Taylor Ave., Annapolis 21401.
