Ukrainian Tesla employees who return to their country and join the fight against Russia will receive three months’ pay.
Tesla sent an email to its employees in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa region Monday, according to NBC News.
The email said Tesla would reassess the war situation in three months and determine if employees need anything more. It is not clear if the benefit extends to Ukrainians living in other parts of the world.
Tesla employees were also praised for their assistance with SpaceX’s efforts to bring Starlink satellite internet service to Ukraine.
