Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse said that he believed fellow Democrats in the House of Representatives should launch an investigation into the FBI’s investigation of a sexual assault accusation against Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

“We must never forget how Kavanaugh lied his way onto the Court, on the back of a fake FBI investigation and a partisan male- and Republican-victimhood saga he created to drown out the witness against him. Might be good for the House to investigate that FBI ‘investigation,'” the Rhode Island Democrat said Tuesday on Twitter.
