What: Gave a $43,000 loan to Sara Hellerud to finish buying Salon Chic and Day Spa, a business she started buying on contract in 2007.
Why it’s an outrage: She did not have to pay a fee for the loan, which is 95 percent guaranteed to the bank by SBA. Additionally she is adding services like permanent cosmetics, Botox treatments, eyelash extensions, body wraps, ear candling, massages, chemical peels and others. Is this the face of financial recovery?
