DALLAS (AP) — A 26-year-old North Texas man has been convicted on federal charges of organizing an identity theft ring that victimized more than 1,000 people.
Federal prosecutors announced Thursday that Anthony Minor of Cedar Hill was convicted of nine counts that include bank fraud and aggravated identification theft.
