Baby needs a new pair of shoes — and he’s willing to pay for it.
New Jersey toddler Aayansh Kumar used his mother’s phone to go on an online shopping spree, spending nearly $2,000 worth of merchandise. The 22-month-old boy had been playing on his mother’s phone when he started going on a shopping spree from Walmart, during which the toddler ended up ordering $1,786.99 worth of furniture, Madhu Kumar and her husband, Pramod, told CNN.
“My wife was thinking that I did it, and I was thinking that she did it,” Pramod Kumar told the outlet.

The toddler’s parents said they were confused when boxes from Walmart started showing up at their house. Pramod Kumar said delivery drivers were showing up and “just dropping, so one box came, two box came.”
“The customer service person, she was laughing so much,” Madhu Kumar said.
She said she had placed about a dozen furniture items in her shopping cart in her Walmart app with the intention of reviewing the items later.
Walmart said it was willing to work with the Kumars as they seek to return a large portion of the unopened boxes, according to the outlet.

Aayansh Kumar’s parents have since taken their payment information off the app, but they are considering keeping a few items as a keepsake of their son’s shopping spree.
The Washington Examiner reached out to Walmart for a statement but did not receive a response.
