“At least 30 students worked from 10:30 p.m. to nearly 1:30 a.m. doing this amid occasional blasts of water as the mall watering system went on for 15 minutes here and there,” the reader writes. There are about 3,000 flags, one for each person killed in those terrorist attacks 11 years ago today.
