GOP voters consider Ivanka Trump and Don Trump Jr. for 2024: Poll

President Trump’s children are among the top picks for president for Republican voters in 2024.

A new SurveyMonkey/Axios poll found Ivanka Trump, a White House adviser, and Don Trump Jr. were among the top four choices for Republicans and independents who lean Republican.

Vice President Mike Pence was at the top of the list, with 40% of Republicans saying they would vote for him to be president. Trump Jr. had 29%, followed by former United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley with 26%. The president’s eldest daughter had 16% support.

The early poll indicates the potential candidates who have the most name recognition, but it also shows how strong Trump’s support is within the Republican Party.

Trump Jr. has frequently appeared on the campaign trail for his father, while Ivanka Trump has represented her father on Capitol Hill and on the world stage.

The online poll surveyed a national sample of 1,854 adults from Dec. 14 through Dec. 17. The margin of error is plus or minus 2.5 percentage points.
