Florida online retailer to refund $135K to Iowans

DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) — Iowa authorities say a Florida-based online membership club retailer has agreed to pay $135,000 in refunds to Iowans who were charged for memberships in the company’s programs.

A news release from the Iowa Attorney General’s Office says BestBrandValues.com, which is based Boca Raton, Fla., sells several products on various online sites.
