Edward Theodore Taylor will be discussing his memoir, “Just God and Me: A Korean War Veteran Remembers” at the Enoch Pratt Central Library at 2 p.m. Saturday. Taylor was drafted into the U.S. Army at the age of 19 to fight in the Korean War. He recounts the nine months he spent in combat, describing the physical and psychological effects of life on the battlefield. Taylor, who retired in 1994, had a 35-year career in public education and now serves as a county councilman in Wicomico County. The library is at 400 Cathedral St. in Baltimore.
