Eat, taste fine wine and craft beers, view a photographic exhibition and listen to the music of the Duke Ellington School of the Arts jazz band at a fundraiser at the Lisner-Louise-Dickson-Hurt Home from 6 to 9 p.m. on May 17. The home at 5425 Western Ave. NW provides health and life care services to indigent and modest-income seniors of the District. “Art and Libations” also will feature a raffle drawing for one of three luxury vacation packages.
