Vanguard Equities will break ground today for the Courtyard@Centre Court, a $5 million redevelopment of 1400 block Reisterstown Road in downtown Pikesville.
This marks the final phase of Vanguard?s $25 million Centre Court project, which began in 2001, according to a news release by the Baltimore County Department of Economic Development.
Leonard Weinberg, a principal of Vanguard, will announce new tenants for the 15,000-square-foot project, including Starbucks and First Watch, a breakfast and lunch restaurant.
