DALLAS (AP) — Lennox International Inc. said Tuesday that its chief financial officer, Robert Hau, has resigned and has been replaced by the CFO of one of its operating businesses.

The heating, air conditioning and refrigeration company named Joseph W. Reitmeier, vice president and CFO of its commercial heating and cooling business, as Hau’s replacement.
