Journalist Geraldo Rivera told Democrats not to expect Republicans to “play nice” in the aftermath of Tuesday’s election after four years of their own “resistance.”
“After four years of ‘resistance’ by Democrats-including but not limited to the phony RussiaHoax+phony Impeachment-they should not expect Republicans to just play nice,” the longtime reporter and friend of President Trump tweeted Friday.

A winner of the 2020 presidential election is yet to be declared by any of the major news networks as of Friday afternoon, but former Vice-President Joe Biden appears to be on the cusp of clinching the 270 Electoral votes needed to win the White House.
On Friday, Trump issued a statement calling for “full transparency” in the election process and reportedly has no plans to concede after stating his belief that voter fraud and improprieties have occurred across the country resulting in incorrect voting totals.
