Here’s an oldie but goodie from last week’s Fourth of July festivities. Last Monday, on a quest for D.C’s best hot dog, actor Matthew Broderick took his stretch limo to the Capitol Hill hot dog joint DC-3. We hear that the manager on duty greeted him as he came in and said, “You know, you look a lot like Ferris Bueller,” not knowing it was indeed the actor who played that iconic part. Broderick then responded, “Yeah, I get that a lot.” Broderick was in town to perform show tunes at this year’s A Capitol Fourth concert.
