Talara, a Nuevo Latino tapas restaurant and bar, and Elevation Burger, offering organic beef burgers, have signed leases in Harbor East.
Talara is scheduled to open in February at the corner of Fleet and President streets. Elevation Burger is under construction and is slated to open in November on Aliceanna Street.
Also in Harbor East, a new, larger store for Handbags in the City has opened at 840 Aliceanna St.
