Donald Trump dismantled his teleprompters at a rally in Charlotte, N.C., Friday evening, and he reverted back to his old style of delivering campaign addresses off-the-cuff.
He took them apart after announcing to his audience that they were defective.
Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway told reporters later, “It’s the end of the teleprompters for tonight.”
Asked if the GOP nominee planned to use them again Saturday night, she answered, “Who knows…. He’s always on message don’t you think?”
