Roy Moore pulls his gun out in front of the crowd at campaign rally

Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore drew a handgun from his pocket during a campaign rally in Fairhope, Ala., Monday night.

“AL Senate favorite Roy Moore just pulled a real gun out of his pocket at his rally. No joke,” Christina Wilkie from CNBC tweeted Monday night.

Steve Bannon, former White House chief strategist, appeared at the rally and has endorsed Moore. Meanwhile, President Trump has endorsed Moore’s opponent, Sen. Luther Strange, R-Ala.

Former Trump adviser Sebastian Gorka, former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, and Rep. Louie Gohmert, R-Texas, made appearances at a debate watch party and rally last week in Mongtomery, Ala., to support Moore.

Moore and Strange’s run-off election is Tuesday. The successful candidate will continue to the general election to determine who will serve the remainder of the term started by former Sen. Jeff Sessions, who is now Trump’s attorney general.
