BISMARCK, N.D. (Legal Newsline) – A Texas-based telemarketing company and its subsidiaries were recently banned from conducting business in North Dakota

North Dakota Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem filed a cease and desist order to stop France Carrasco, a telemarketer who operates under the business names Hyper-Phonebank, The Political Group and Hyperphonebank.com. He allegedly did not follow the rules of the Do Not Call List.
