Two men have been charged with first-degree murder in connection with a June stabbing death in Silver Spring.

Montgomery County police say 32-year-old Jose Juan Torres-Benitez, who is also known as Juan Ramos-Torres, and 30-year-old Edgar A. Romero Ventura killed Felipe Flores Giron in an alley near Giron’s apartment on the 800 block of University Boulevard East.
