After months of speculation, the cat is out of the bag: Britney Spears has found love again, with her agent, Jason Trawick.
“They are totally and definitely dating,” a source tells People magazine. “Her dad loves him. He’s the best thing that happened to her.”
Evidently, the “Womanizer” singer has “always had a crush” on Jason, who’s a pal of her brother Bryan.
“They’re very sweet together,” the source gushes. “He makes Britney really happy, and he’s great with the boys.”
According to TMZ, Jason, who has visited Britney several times on her cross-continental jaunt, is telling pals that post-tour, he’ll take her on a getaway to a “private location.” (Paparazzi, consider that a challenge.)
After the way Jason’s helped turn her career around, it’s no wonder Brit’s smitten. Glad to hear she’s happy!
Angie: Unhappy Birthday?
In public, they’re the image of a happy couple. But a glance at the newsstand paints a very different picture of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s relationship. For instance: “Angelina’s birthday ends in tears!” trumpets the cover of In Touch magazine.
According to the magazine, the “Inglorious Basterds” star flew from L.A. to Long Island, N.Y., to celebrate his baby mama turning 34.
But despite Brad’s lavish gifts, like a “specially commissioned” family portrait and some Agent Provocateur lingerie, things supposedly turned sour when the subject of his ex, Jennifer Aniston, came up.
“Things were going fine, and then Angie started accusing Brad of meeting Jen in L.A.,” said a source. “It turned into a massive blowup, which left Brad more disillusioned than ever.”
Although Brad visited Angie on-set in Washington, D.C., a few days later, the tabloid insists that was all to keep up appearances.
“This split has been simmering for months, and unless something drastic happens, it is going to boil over very soon,” another source opined.
Sheesh. If we had a dollar for every time we’ve heard a story like this, our net worth would probably rival Brangelina’s.
On Again?
Exhibit A: Lindsay Lohan just happened to show up in London while her ex Samantha Ronson was there.
Exhibit B: The starlet stayed at the same hotel as the DJ.
