One person was killed and at least 14 injured when gunfire erupted in a crowded Cincinnati nightclub early Sunday morning.
The shooter — some reports indicated there may have been more than one — has so far not been arrested. No motive has been assigned to the shooting, but a Cincinnati police official said the assault did not appear to be terrorism.
Police were having trouble finding witnesses from amongst the crowd of mostly young partygoers, many of whom had fled as bedlam broke out in the club as shots rang out around 1:30 am local time.
Several of those injured remained in the hospital Sunday with life-threatening injuries.
