BOSTON (AP) — Gov. Deval Patrick is unveiling a $100 million economic development proposal he says will better train Massachusetts’ workers while promoting development and offering job creation incentives.

Patrick says he wants to expand the state’s international marketing efforts, eliminate non-competition agreements, revamp the research and development tax credit program, and encourage more high tech companies to hire interns.
