The executive producer of Bravo’s “Real Housewives” franchise said President Trump tweets like he’s a member of the cast.
“The president has been tweeting liberally like a Real Housewife,” Andy Cohen told CNN’s Anderson Cooper on Monday.
Cooper read a few of Trump’s tweets and Cohen explained the similarities with a few of the housewives.
“Something that works throughout all the franchises is you keep repeating the same lines over and over until someone listens,” Cohen said of Trump’s repeat tweets.
Cohen said earlier Monday he was “speechless” amid a feud between Melania Trump and Ivana Trump after the latter referred to herself as “first lady.”
“This is actually happening. All the wives are fighting. Even I AM SPEECHLESS,” he tweeted.
He offered to mediate the feud by hosting a “Real Housewives of the White House” reunion.
Bravo has a handful of “Real Housewives” reality shows following the drama of relationships of upper-class women. Cohen hosts a reunion at the end of each season, where the ladies reflect on and fight about the drama of the past season.
