Soren Dayton is apparently signed up as an Obama volunteer in Virginia. He just received this E-mail from the campaign:

The latest polls would suggest that Virginia is highly competitive. However, the Obama campaign may have more trustworthy internal polls that show the state out of reach. Still, it would be no surprise if external polls soon confirm that Virginia has shifted firmly to McCain, given the state’s long record of going for the GOP in presidential races.
