Poll shows a bipartisan majority supports pipelines

A new poll shows that a majority supports the use of pipelines in the wake of the Colonial Pipeline attack last month.

“The Colonial Pipeline cybersecurity hack highlights how critical pipelines are to keeping America moving. Unbelievably, the Biden Administration supports shutting pipelines down — making our country less energy independent and less secure — while simultaneously assuring Americans they’re going to keep the gas flowing, and despite the fact that pipelines are the most environmentally sensitive and carbon neutral way to transport oil,” said Convention of States Action President Mark Meckler, whose organization conducted the poll in partnership with Trafalgar Group.
