‘Fraud’: Rose McGowan’s anti-Democratic Party tirade sparks feud with former co-star Alyssa Milano

Actress Rose McGowan called her former Charmed co-star Alyssa Milano a “fraud” in a feud over the efficacy of the Democratic Party.

“What have the Democrats done to solve ANYTHING? Help the poor? No. Help black & brown people? No. Stop police brutality? No. Help children? No. You have achieved nothing. NOTHING. Why did people vote Trump? Because of you motherf—–s,” McGowan tweeted on Thursday.

Milano responded with a string of over 20 tweets listing the accomplishments of the Democratic Party and addressed McGowan directly when she wrote, “Rose and anyone bleating the same ‘dEmOcRaTs DoNt HeLp PeOpLe’ nonsense, your lies are going to hurt people less privileged than you,’ and accusing her of seeking attention with her tweets.”

McGowan then brought up Milano’s “appalling behavior” on the set of Charmed, a ’90s TV show starring both actresses, accusing her of throwing tantrums in front of the show’s crew.

McGowan is a prominent voice in the #MeToo movement, alleged that disgraced film producer Harvey Weinstein raped her and subsequently had her show dropped by Amazon executives.

The Charmed actress offered a scathing rebuke of Milano in April for endorsing Joe Biden for president in the wake of sexual assault allegations made by former staffer Tara Reade.

“You go after Trump & Kavanaugh saying Believe Victims, you are a lie. You have always been a lie. The corrupt DNC is in on the smear job of Tara Reade, so are you. SHAME,” she wrote.
