A Clarksville teenager was in stable condition Monday at University of Maryland Shock Trauma after a crash Howard County police said was caused by his not paying attention.
Christopher Austin Carey, 17, was driving a 1998 Honda CRV north on Sheppard Lane at about 8:20 a.m. Monday when it rear ended a Ford F550, police said.
The Ford?s driver, Christopher Sheppard, 40, of Myersville, was taken to Howard County General Hospital and was expected to be released Monday, police said.
