CNN grumbles after Trump’s third Fox interview this week

CNN on Friday lamented President Trump’s decision to give a third interview to Fox News this week, in the form of a 30-minute talk on the White House lawn.

Trump hinted Friday morning he might wander down to greet Fox News reporters, and then did show up after 8 a.m. and spoke with Steve Doocy for a half-hour.

CNN, the cable network with which Trump is perpetually at war, noticed the trend.

“President Trump has given three interviews to Fox News in the span of one week. And the week still isn’t over,” CNN’s Brian Stelter wrote.

Stelter noted that while in Singapore this week for his summit with North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un, Trump talked to Fox News twice, and also talked to ABC and Voice of America.

Reporters swarmed Trump as he headed over to Doocy for the interview Friday morning, including a reporter from CNN. When that reporter asked a question, he ignored it, and said, “Who are you with? CNN? You’re the worst.”
