One of President Trump’s sexual misconduct accusers wants recordings from “The Apprentice” to make her case in a defamation lawsuit.

Summer Zervos, a former contestant on Trump’s longtime reality show, sued Trump last year for defaming her in 2016 when he claimed she made up sexual assault allegations against him.

Her lawyer, Mariann Wang, said on Wednesday that subpoenas have been sent to Goldwyn-Mayer, which is in charge of “The Apprentice” archives, and the Beverly Hills Hotel, where Zervos claimed Trump groped her in 2007.

“We’re gathering evidence that we believe will prove that the defendant lied when he falsely denigrated Ms. Zervos and when he denied sexually assaulting her,” Wang said, according to the New York Times.

Last month, Trump’s lawyers asked a New York appeals court to dismiss or halt the lawsuit from Zervos, arguing Zervos and her lawyer have “stated repeatedly that the true object of this lawsuit is political.”

The move followed a decision from a Manhattan Supreme Court judge to allow the defamation lawsuit Zervos filed against Trump to continue in response to Trump’s request for immunity from the lawsuit while serving as president.

Trump also faces a defamation lawsuit from Stormy Daniels, the porn star who alleges she had an extramarital affairs with him more than a decade ago.
