Bill O’Reilly: ‘Far-Left agents’ who support NFL kneelers ‘don’t want white people generally calling the shots’

Former Fox News host Bill O’Reilly said that “far-Left agents” who support those who kneel during the national anthem have “mobilized” minorities against white people because they don’t want them calling the shots.

“The far-Left agents, I think they’re evil. They want to destroy the Constitution,” O’Reilly said Tuesday on an episode of Fox News’ “Hannity” – his first appearance on the network since April when he was fired amid a sexual harassment scandal.

O’Reilly and Hannity went back and forth discussing those in support of the controversial display by NFL players who kneel during the national anthem, and those who support taking down Confederate statues.

President Trump ignited a nationwide controversy over the matter when he called on NFL players who kneel during the national anthem to be fired. In response, hundreds of NFL players chose kneel during the national anthem or protest in other ways at their games over the weekend.

“They don’t want the Electoral College. They don’t want white people generally calling the shots. So they have to mobilize minority Americans to be angry,” O’Reilly said.

Hannity went on to say that one of Democrats big “weapons” against Republicans is the “race card.”
