President-elect Trump’s staff is intimidating him to get who they want as secretary of state, according to Joe Scarborough.
The “Morning Joe” co-host tweeted on Sunday that Rudy Giuliani, one of the front-runners for the coveted post, and campaign manager Kellyanne Conway are trying to pressure Trump to steer clear of former critic Mitt Romney.

How weak do they think he is?
Their lack of discretion is embarrassing.— Joe Scarborough (@JoeNBC) November 27, 2016
“So Rudy tells the world what position he will and will not accept from Trump while Kellyanne attacks Trump’s choices in public. Wow,” Scarborough tweeted Sunday.

Conway said on CNN’s “State of the Union” Sunday that Romney went “out of his way to hurt Donald Trump.”
Romney was a fierce critic of Trump during the campaign, calling him a “phony” and a “fraud.”
Scarborough said that Giuliani and Conway’s “lack of discretion is embarrassing.”
“Now all world leaders will be watching to see if a President Trump can be bullied by his staff,” he tweeted. “How sad and pathetic if he can.”
