Donald Trump unveiled a new television ad on Thursday detailing the things voters will “get” if they elect the GOP nominee in November.
The ad frames choosing Trump in transactional terms not typically employed by Republicans who have railed against Democratic proposals as promising “free stuff” to voters.
“What does electing Donald Trump president mean for you?” a narrator asks in the ad. “Families making $6,000 a year: You get a 20 percent tax-rate deduction. Working moms: You get paid maternity leave and an average $5,000 child care tax reduction.”
The narrator continues to say that business owners will get their tax cuts and Trump will bring “prosperity for you.”
The 30-second ad, titled “Consumer Benefit,” is set to run nationwide and in battleground states.
Thirty-two days remain until the election.
