Mark Levin blasts Supreme Court as ‘liberal body’ that has become ‘highly political’

Conservative radio host Mark Levin took to social media to criticize the federal judiciary, calling it “highly political” and “liberal” while picking and choosing which cases to hear.

“This election has exposed the complete collapse of the judiciary as a check on unconstitutional acts by state officials eviscerating legislative authority under our federal constitution (Art. II, Sec. 1, Cl. 2),” Levin wrote.

Levin took issue with the Supreme Court denying standing in the Texas v. Pennsylvania, et al. election fraud case while agreeing to rule on other cases, saying the court was a “result-oriented LIBERAL body.”

“That Court intervenes relentlessly in state election processes, almost exclusively in support of leftwing activists and Democrat organizations,” Levin continued.

Levin said the court had “earned the contempt of tens of millions of Americans,” by gaining the applause of the “media, Democrats,” and “NeverTrumpers.”

The talk radio host fumed that the court has failed to consider “fundamental federal and state constitutional issues” in addition to “serious questions of fraud,” having now “disgraced themselves” and “severely damaged the electoral process.”

“In effect, they have served as the Praetorian Guard for the planned, elaborate, and unlawful acts of the Democrat Party, its lawyers, and their state public officeholders throughout battleground states,” Levin said.

Levin went on to say that while the media claims the Supreme Court has six conservative justices, which Sen. Chuck Schumer has used as justification to try to pack the court, their actions prove that they are the “opposite” of conservative.

“When the Court actually upholds the Constitution it is, more often than not, the EXCEPTION to the rule, which for the Court is activism with few limits,” Levin concluded.

Levin has been highly critical of the Supreme Court since it declined to take up the case challenging the Pennsylvania election results.

“But I think the Supreme Court justices — now, I think they’re very fearful. I think they’re fearful the way Justice Owen Roberts became fearful after FDR tried to pack the Supreme Court,” Levin said of the decision last week.

“I think they’re scared to death,” he added. “I think this court is hiding under the proverbial table.”
