Sheriff: Man electrocuted while cleaning cattle

PEARL CITY, Ill. (AP) — Authorities say a northern Illinois man was electrocuted when the power washer he was using to clean cattle short-circuited.

Sauk Valley Media reports the Stephenson County Sheriff’s Department says 42-year-old Lynden Endress of Pearl City died at a hospital shortly after the accident Friday.

Funeral arrangements are pending.
