After delivering remarks on Ukraine, and warning Russia, President Obama headed over to DNC where it’s “officially happy hour with the Democratic party.”

“Motorcade journey to the DNC meeting was notable only for a group of about 10 protesters we passed shouting “Stop Keystone” and holding anti-pipeline banners. Inside, Debbie Wasserman Schultz reconvened the meeting at 5.30pm. The president came onto the stage to speak at 5.36pm.
