Brookside Gardens in Wheaton will soon host its annual Green Matters Symposium. The Feb. 25 event features a “Real Food Renaissance” theme and will focus on local and national grass-roots efforts to encourage Americans to eat “real food.” Featured speakers include Carla Hall, finalist from season 5 of Bravo’s “Top Chef,” and Gordon Clark, founder and project director of Montgomery Victory Gardens.
