President Trump responded early Wednesday morning to the explosion of responses on Twitter over an unfinished tweet he sent hours earlier.
“Who can figure out the true meaning of “covfefe” ??? Enjoy!” Trump asked, six hours after he tweeted, “Despite the negative press covfefe.”
Who can figure out the true meaning of “covfefe” ??? Enjoy!

The original tweet was deleted, but not before it became a worldwide trending topic on Twitter.
Trump was likely attempting to write “press coverage,” and Twitter users mocked him over the typo.
