Regulators make it easier to label nonbanks too big to fail in latest oversight move

Top financial regulators on Friday moved to make it easier for regulators to say a nonbank institution poses a risk to the overall financial system and must be subject to federal oversight as if it were a megabank, a reversal of procedures put in place in the Trump administration.
