Vice President Kamala Harris is speaking with leaders from the Congressional Hispanic Caucus at around 5:20 p.m. Monday in Houston.
Harris will speak with caucus Chairwoman Nanette Diaz Barragan (D-CA), Rep. Sylvia Garcia (D-TX), and Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo.
