White House says Trump actions ‘wrong’ when asked about dictator controversy — Former President Donald Trump is turning his federal indictment into a fundraising bonanza, with his 2024 presidential campaign hauling in $6.6 million "and counting" in the days after charges were brought against the former president.

The White House pointed to warnings from various political leaders when asked about former President Donald Trump‘s recent comments that he would only be a dictator on “day one” should he win in 2024.
